Re-enrollment for 2020-2021 begins on Friday, December 13, 2019


There is no guaranteed spot for your child/children unless the re-enrollment form and fees are submitted. 

If you wish to re-enroll, please fill out the below form and contact the Office of Enrollment for availabilty for that grade level.

“What’s new this year?”


We made the re-enrollment process easier for your convenience — and we’re going green! To re-enroll your children, simply click on this link and log in with your family’s Sycamore account. Then, click the enroll button to re-enroll each child.

**If you are re-enrolling a child in KG or 7th grade, please have their immunization records ready to upload through Sycamore in the ‘’Documents’’ section of the application.

Whether you choose to re-enroll your children or decline re-enrollment for one or all of them, please make sure to fill out either form by January 24, 2020 by 4:00 pm. Should you wish to re-enroll after the deadline, please be informed a $50 late fee will be charged, along with the re-enrollment fee. Please note, re-enrollment fees are non-refundable.

“Why so early?”

In order to plan for classroom size, number of sections per grade level, staff needed, and number of seats available per section, we must have accurate re-enrollment numbers early on. It will also allow us to open available seats to new admissions and give new parents enough time to prepare their move to Dallas, as many of our new parents each year come from out-of-state.

“What if I am not sure about my plans for next year?”

Better safe than sorry! Our re-enrollment fees are non-refundable, but we highly encourage families to do their re-enrollment on time to avoid the stress of not having a seat secured for their children for next year. BHA has also reached a peak of enrollment never seen in its history Alhamdulillah: for 2019-2020 alone, we received over 260 new applications Alhamdulillah! A seat not reserved on time for your child is a seat that won’t be available for long.
